  10. Announcing the release of Fighter Duel Pro, the successor to Fighter Duel,
  11. Corsair vs Zero.  FDPro retains all the breakthrough features of its
  12. predecessor and combines a full selection of aircraft and performance
  13. enhancements to deliver a professional package for the serious aviator.
  14. Included among the 16 Allied and Axis aircraft are the Mustang,
  15. Spitfire  and ME109 and some interesting lesser types such as
  16. the futuristic Japanese J7W Shinden.  An exciting and exclusive new feature
  17. of FDPro is the ability to connect a second computer through the main
  18. flight computer's parallel port (special adapter avail. from Jaeger, $15) that
  19. continually displays the view to the rear of the aircraft.  Now you can
  20. duel an opponent computer through the serial port while watching your six
  21. on the slave- all at 28 frames-per-second on a high resolution, interlaced
  22. display.  Rounding out the FDPro package are a review mode, unrestricted
  23. panorama, multiple bogeys, catapult launches, new land-based scenery,
  24.  rudder-pedal support, and several minor but cool features.

  32. FIGHTER DUEL PRO FLIGHT RECORDER

  34. Announcing the release of Fighter Duel Pro Flight Recorder, the first
  35. interactive motion path generator.  Flight Recorder retains all the
  36. breakthrough features of the Fighter Duel World War II flight simulator
  37. series, while adding the ability to create realistic and complex object
  38. motion paths for use with NewTek's Lightwave 3D software.
  39. One of the most difficult and time consuming aspects of 3D animation is
  40. motion.  FDPro Flight Recorder replaces the tedious method of hand plotting
  41. out flying motion paths with a flight simulator you control.  Flight Recorder
  42. records the flight path of up to three aircraft engaged in maneuvers or
  43. dogfighting.  Positional information has a resolution of 30 frames per second.
  44. Motion paths may then be imported into Lightwave 3D to accurately animate
  45. flying objects, the camera viewpoint, aircraft, spacecraft, or even logos.
  46. You may fly solo against computer controlled opponents or interactively with
  47. another person via modem or null modem cable.

  50. Duel Pro Demo Reels that can be used to review your solo flights.

  70. required is two Centronics-type parallel printer cables and the FDPro
  71. Parallel Adapter.
